[NOAH Update] Following the news last week about the grandson of El Santo coming to train in Pro Wrestling NOAH, NOAH has in turn released the information themselves as well as an actual picture of El Santo’s grandson.
Neito del Santo [pictured left] is the son of El Hijo del Santo [pictured right]. Neito stands 174cm and weighs in at 95kg, and in standard lucha fare his age has not been disclosed.
Nieto hopes to become a world-class wrestler over just another luchador (lucha libre style wrestler). I have also noticed that Nieto has experience in Jujutsu and that will certainly aid him in better learning the Japanese styles of take-downs and holds and even break falls as well.
Neito is expected to join the NOAH Dojo in May, though NOAH has not released any of the specifics as of yet.
