    Winner: Kashin (9:44) via pinfall.
~ Kazyuki Fujita was at ringside as Kashin’s second. More questions now seem to arise that Kashin could very well be an “assassin from IGF”.
~ Suwama and Fujita had a stare-down during the match.
~ Kashin was locked in an ankle hold during the last moments of the match, but due to some craftiness of his own he had it already planned out and his boot came undone. This allowed Kashin to take advantage of Suwama coming off balance and then clinched him for the 3 count.
~ Suwama demanded that he wants a rematch against Kashin.

Side Note: Former IGF competitor Hideki Suzuki was also in attendance today, as he was standing in the back near the doorway/curtain.

    (8) 2014 Champion Carnival B Block Match: Go Shiozaki vs. Zeus
Winner: Shiozaki (21:17) following the Gowan Lariat.
~ Shiozaki maintain’s his win streak.
~ Zeus got a strong reaction from the fans for being able to showcase himself well against Shiozaki.
~ Shiozaki went to shake Zeus’ hand, but Zeus refused as he threw his fist up at the victor.

[BJW News] Big Japan officially announced that Shinya Ishikawa will be putting thw World Strong Heavyweight belt on the line against Daisuke Sekimoto on the May 5.This match was originally scheduled to take place back when Sekimoto was the champion back in February. But due to Sekimoto’s injury the match called off and Sekimoto relinquished the belt and Shinya was able to capture it in the title decision match against Ryuichi Kawakami. Sekimoto, who just returned from injury a week ago from this post, appears to be in full form as he looks to reclaim the belt that he never truly lost. NOAH will be finishing up their GLOBAL LEAGUE 2014 this week, more specifically this weekend. With only 3 days left to go the league could easily shift towards any team at this time. Still an open field.

Currently Team Batti-Batti are leading with 6 wins, but as noted they could easily be shifted out with one more loss, but with no clear team with a total sweep, one win/loss could be the deal maker when it is all said and done.

All Japan will also be finishing up their biggest singles tournament of the year this coming weekend.

The tournament will be coming down to 2 men in the final match with the top ranked man from each block in the final. As of this time 2 individuals from both blocks look to be in the final running’s with Akebono and Suwama in the A Block and Shiozaki and Doering in the B Block.

At this time, anyone who suffers 2 defeats will be out of the tournament all together with a couple already suffering that fate. Some sways could still happen with the current wrestlers positioned in the middle of each block, so there is still some room for some last second upsets if that is the case.
