[VooDoo Murders News] It was announced today that Kento Miyahara has officially “graduated” from the VooDoo Murders group. Miyahara joined the “heel” group unexpectedly in February of this year during a DIAMOND RING show and has sense been appeared in other promotions like Tenryu Project under the group.

On September 9 of this year, it was announced that Miyahara would be resigning as an active student of Kensuke Sasaki’s and from the DIAMOND RING/Kensuke Office promotion. Miyahara announced that he would become a freelance wrestler so that he could pursue his own path, namely competing in All Japan Pro-Wrestling. (Where he is expected to join full-time with the coming of the new year.)

Miyahara stated that he “is grateful for his time in the group” and that “the blood of VM will continue flowing through me”, in the future.

It is a complete and respectful parting of ways for Miyahara as he continues on his own path in the future, and it seems the doors are open for anything to happen in the future.

[DIAMOND RING/VooDoo MURDERS/NOAH News] Katsuhiko Nakajima announced that he will be bringing in Yutaka Yoshie to team up with him and Kajiwara to take on the VooDoo MURDERS on March 17.Since size and height is a factor in the up coming match, Nakajima has taken it upon himself to find someone who can back up their height with the large size and that man is Yoshie. All 3 members of the VooDoo MURDERS they are facing are all over 180cm (Kento 186cm/97kg, Taishi 190cm/95kg & TARU 185cm/100kg) which completely beats the 175cm/97kg of Nakajima and the 170cm/83kg of Kajiwara. So the 180cm/150kg frame of Yutaka Yoshie is what Katsukaji (Katsuhiko & Kajiwara) are hoping will be bring the extra power that they need. The whole event card for the 3.17 show has been announced which you can see below.DIAMOND RING, 3/17/2013 [Sun] 13:00 @  Tatebayashi City Citizens Gymnasium in Gunma (Gohara Gymnasium)(1) Opening Tag Match: ~Participants~ Namazu Man, Kikutato [Akiba], CHANGO [Free] & KAMIKAZE [ZERO1]~ Teams to be decided the day off event.(2) Mitsuhiro Kitamiya vs. Kengo [VooDoo MURDERS](3) Tatsuhito Takaiwa [Free] & Ryuji Hijikata [Free] vs. Kenichiro Arai [DG] & K-ness. Both men will make their first appearances as a team in NOAH on 3.10, and it seems they aim to make a statement when they face the Bravado Brothers. With NOAH’s Global Tag League tournament coming up in April one could easily speculate that they will be one of the participating teams.NOAH “GREAT VOYAGE 2013 in YOKOHAMA”, 3/10/2013 [Sun] 16:00 @ Yokohama Cultural Gymnasium(1) NOAH vs DIAMOND RING: Hitoshi Kumano vs. Mitsuhiro Kitamiya(2) VooDoo MURDERS vs. Bravado Bros.: Kento Miyahara & Taishi Takizawa vs. Harlem & Lance Bravado(3) Akitoshi Saito [Free] & Masao Inoue [Free] vs. Kensuke Sasaki & Katsuhiko Nakajima [both DIAMOND RING](4) BRAVE vs TMDK 6 Man Tag Match: Takeshi Morishima, Mohammed Yon & Yoshinari Ogawa vs. Mikey Nicholls, Shane Haste & Jonah Rock(5) GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Championship Match: [16th Champions] “Los Mexitosos” Super Crazy & Ricky Marvin vs. [Challengers] “NO MERCY” Genba Hirayanagi & Maybach Tanguchi Jr.~ 5th Title Defense.(6) GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship Match: [26th Champion] Taiji Ishimori vs. [Challenger] Atsushi Kotoge~ 1st Defense.(7) GHC Tag Championship Match: [27th Champions] Naomichi Marufuji & Takashi Sugiura vs. [Challengers] “CHAOS” Toru Yano & Takashi Iizuka [NJPW]~ 2nd Defense.(8) GHC Heavyweight Championship Match: [19th Champion] KENTA vs. [Challenger] Maybach Taniguchi~ 1st Defense.http://www.puroresuspirit.com/2013/02/25/noah-event-cards-for-march-april-2013/[Pictured: Taishi Takizawa and Kento Miyahara]
